Hi
I have version 2.5 offline installation, runing on apache and mysql (xampp), php 5.3.1, on a win 2003 server.
I can login the first time, but if I logout I can't login in again, I cant even load the login page sometimes if i refresh.
If i restart apache, I can login again, but if I logout I need to restart Apache to get back in again.

I've got the same problem.
Sometime I can't login (page keep on loading for minutes), but when I can everything seems normal.
If I logout it seems I can only login with the same user/passw (same PHPSESSION ID I assume) or only once with another user/passw.
It looks like the script is still using the same session-ID and only replaces it after logging out again.
Only when I restart Apache I can login again.
Any idea?

Ps. I'm running on Windows 2003 Server with a recent XAMP version.
and there is no error message in any log file!
Both users seem to use the same PHPSESSID (for now) and as long they do, both users can login!
Updated XAMP/Apache to 2.2.17 and the problem seem to be solved!
