I'd like to see the following features added:

When somebody updates a task (for example adds a new comment to the task), the asignee *and* the owner of the task receive an email. That doesn't seem to happen currently.

That is on the slate for version 3. I would like to see a more robust and customizable notification system. Unfortunately it will not be in 2.5.
