I tried to contact Fullo on 3 differents emails, no answer
I made a prototype (phpCollab4 ?), in some weeks, with all rewritten (php5, utf8, ...)
projects, tasks, tickets (instead of support), milestones/components (instead of phases), files, topics, comments
multi-users, multi-organizations, global / per project
groups: admin, manager, user, client, external
online editable permissions per group
...

We will wait with great interest the new version.
I would also like to join the development of a new version phpCollab. I know php well enough.
Version 2.5 is largely satisfied with the exception of those requests (for the ideal of work):
* The user should be able to register themselves (with approval)
* Avatars for users
* Definition of user rights for a specific project (leader / participant)
* Ability to attach files in this forum (different instructions, examples, etc.)
* Also "tasks" should have a discussion (forum) because the workers there are many issues to implement them.
* Bbcode in this forum and project descriptions
* Easily add comments to the problem (changing the status) when the boss says poorly made items
* It is necessary to add events for members of one or more projects - such as when to hold a general meeting
* Remove PHPSESSID from url
* Add wiki to describe the general information on projects and work with the system
* Add the ability to choose a user without current tasks, and users who are inactive (do not update the status of the problem a few days). It is necessary to me as Chief

phpCollab v3 is on the back burner for the time being. I am working on getting things ramped up again, hopefully in the near future. If you would like to help out, drop me a line and we can discuss.
